Banks arent ready to give me loan under kssy scheme

I want to apply from Hyderabad ICICI bank is it fine

After applying loan through Vidya Laxmi portal what should I do to avail the loan under KSSY scheme and what are the steps to avail this benefit

The Branch Managers of all the banks are denying about such scheme

Sir I am a degree student currently studying Engineering I have taken Education Loan from June 2016 from Andhra Bank Brahmapur Odisha As per the KSSY rule I have approached Branch Manager of Andhra Bank for the availability of KSSY Scheme for the education loan But the branch manager denied the availability of KSSY scheme by saying me that he hasntgot any information about the KSSY Scheme refused me to apply KSSY rule for my education loan Sir today is 21st March 2018 when i will get the benefit of KSSY I am a middle class student I cant pay much interest Sir please help me to get the scheme facility of KSSY here below my loan account details GURUPRASAD PANDA Account No 008530100037773 Andhra Bank Sir Please help

Bankers like Canara Bank Bank of Baroda SBI do not have KSSY circular with them Bank of Baroda is telling that after completion of moratorium period they may send it to Govt of Odisha for approval if approved interest will be reduced Odisha State Cooperative Bank name is not in the list of Vidyalaxmi how we will apply online

First time when I got my Letter of Acceptance from German University Then I went SBI Pattamundai and approach them our home at village and land at Bhubaneswar for loan But they deny on the basis of that I am from rural village and later I have applied in main branch SBI now they are also doing delay in processing I am feeling very depressed Moreover I have to open block account and have to apply for visa also my class will be start from 1st September 2017 in Germany Please I request you show me your mercy and help me get my loan amount soon

Dear sir now I am a student continuing MCA Due to i am a middle class familiar so i want to apply for a study loan When i went to State Bank Of India and UCO Bank in my locality the managers of these bank directly refuse to give study laon and said me that there is no information has given about the KSSY scheme to these bank And when i went to a CANARA Bank locality of IRC Village Jayadevbihar Bhubaneswar the manger said me that under KSSY scheme there is only 1 percent interest can be reduce from total interest of study loan and there is no information has sent to the bank which has mentioned in the higher education department about KSSY scheme So dear sir please kindly take my problem seriously and solve my problem
