Virtual classroom is a step towards modernisation of quality education. It enables to bring learners from around the world together online in highly interactive virtual classes which reduce the travel, time and expense of the on-site teaching program. It can be used as a solution for live delivery. The MoU has been signed between Higher Education Department, Govt. of Odisha and TCIL on 07.03.2019. 135 virtual classrooms have been set up in 101 Govt. and Non-Govt. Aided Colleges of the state.
