Aggrieved education agencies/ Non-Government Colleges may prefer an appeal before State Government, i.e., in the Court of Hon’ble Minister, Higher Education, against the decision of High Power Committee u/s 5(8) and 6-B(5)of Orissa Education Act,1969 within 30 days of receipt such order.
