The High Power Committee is a statutory body, constituted u/s 5(5) and 6(4) of the Orissa Education Act, 1969, which considers the reports and recommendations submitted by the Prescribed Authorities declared under the Act in respect of applications of Educational Agencies/ Non-Government Colleges relating to grant of Permission and Recognition.
